Princeton Borough
   Sinae Kim, 28, of the Hibben Apartments, was charged with disorderly conduct after she grabbed a police officer and attempted to push him during an incident on University Place at 4:49 a.m. April 11, police said. The officer was responding to a report of people yelling loudly inside an apartment on Bank Street.
   Michael Okhuysen, 48, of Starkville, Miss., was charged with making terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes after he threatened a bouncer at the Ivy Inn, on Nassau Street, with a knife at 10 p.m. April 11, according to police. Mr. Okhuysen was taken to police headquarters, then transported to Capital Health Systems Fuld Campus for a psychological evaluation.
   Rishon Citterbart, 28, of Morristown, was arrested after a records search revealed a $500 warrant out of Morristown during a traffic stop on Boudinot Street at 5 p.m. April 12, police said.
   Hung Nguyen, 54, of Farrand Avenue, was arrested after he yelled obscenities and acted in a tumultuous manner on Nassau Street at 10:15 p.m. April 12, police said. Mr. Nguyen was taken to the University Medical Center at Princeton and released.
   Shawn Blaszczyk, 21, of Bensalem, Pa., was arrested after a search revealed him to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 2 a.m. April 14, police said. Records searches also revealed a $1,000 warrant out of Ewing, according to reports.
   Richard Webber, 28, of Plainsboro, was arrested after a records search revealed a $1,000 warrant out of New Brunswick during a traffic stop on University Place at 1:30 a.m. April 15, police said.
   Muhammad Kader, 38, of Westchester, N.Y. was arrested Friday and charged with criminal sexual contact in connection with an investigation into a sexual assault on a female that took place at Princeton University’s Richardson Auditorium, police said. Mr. Kader was working as waiter on the university campus at the time of the criminal sexual contact.
   Princeton Township
   A 17-year-old township resident was stabbed five times with a pocketknife during an assault on Birch Avenue at 11:45 p.m. April 15, police said. The stabbing occurred after a man struck the victim in the face, setting off a fight. The victim was transported to the University Medical Center at Princeton where he received treatment. Police said the suspect is a black male with a thin build, over 6 feet tall, believed to be in his 20s. Anyone with information about the assault is urged to call Detective Benjamin Gering at 609-921-2100, ext. 1840.
Princeton University
   Princeton University public safety officials are looking for suspects in three on-campus sex crimes that occurred over the weekend.
   In the early morning hours Saturday, two female students reported seeing a male who masturbated and exposed his genitals to them as they walked across campus.
   In the first incident, the victim said she saw the suspect on some steps between Buyers and Witherspoon halls at 2 a.m. The second victim saw the suspect near 1879 Hall at around 2:40 a.m. when he exposed himself.
   Both victims described the suspect as being a Hispanic male, around 29 years old, over 6 feet tall with curly hair and dressed in a blue and black fleece jacket and blue jeans.
   The third incident occurred at 3:20 a.m. Sunday when another female student said a male grabbed her and reached under her clothes to touch her. Earlier, the suspect approached the student and attempted to talk to her. The suspect later fled toward West College after another student observed the incident and intervened.
   The victim in the Sunday incident described the suspect as a Hispanic male, between 23 and 26 years of age, around 6 feet tall with a medium build, short-cropped hair and a mustache.
   The suspect wore a light blue or gray button-down shirt and jeans during the attack.
West Windsor
   Eddiemir Cabrera, 23, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting Friday evening from Wal-Mart in Nassau Park. He is accused of altering packaging and proceeding through the checkout, police said. The total value of the items was $113.92, police said. He was arrested and processed at police headquarters, where he also was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle. He was turned over to Franklin Township police on an active warrant.
   Verizon reported a theft that occurred sometime between Wednesday and Friday afternoon on Penn Lyle Road and Woodmere Way. Someone used a cutting tool to remove about 160 feet of fiber optic cable from a spool stored on the side of the road, police said. The cable was valued at $240.
   A resident of Lawrenceville reported a theft from a vehicle that occurred Thursday evening in the parking lot of Home Depot in Nassau Park. Sometime between 8 and 8:45 p.m., the driver’s side window of the victim’s Kia Sedona was smashed, and a GPS unit was stolen, police said.
Arlenna Jenkins, 24, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting April 13 from Wal-Mart in Nassau Park. She was observed concealing $40.66 worth of items in her handbag, police said. She was detained by store security until she was arrested, police said.
   Payton Walker, 21, of Trenton, was charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana after a traffic stop April 12 on southbound Route 1 at Quakerbridge Road. A passenger in the vehicle, he was found to be in possession of less than a half ounce of cocaine and under 50 grams of marijuana, police said.
   Rory Pollack, 18, of Robbinsville, was charged with shoplifting Wednesday evening from Wal-Mart in Nassau Park. He was observed by store security concealing five DVDs on his person and exiting the store, police said.
Plainsboro
   Christopher Cuevas, 24, of Edison, was charged with drunken driving after a car crash Saturday afternoon on Scudders Mill Road. Upon arrival, police found both occupants sitting next to the vehicle with minor scrapes on their arms but no further injuries. After speaking with the driver, Mr. Cuevas, it was determined the vehicle had spun out of control when it struck the center curbed median, police said. It then rolled onto the driver’s side and struck a tree on the side of the road, police said. Mr. Cuevas subsequently was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol, police said. He later was issued a summons for drunken driving, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.
   Sudeep Bagchee, 70, of Cranford, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop Saturday evening on Plainsboro Road. An officer observed a blue Ford pickup truck make a prohibited left turn, police said. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer detected the odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath. After administering field sobriety tests, it was determined Mr. Bagchee was driving while intoxicated, police said. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Plainsboro Township Police Department for processing.
   Haron Murage, 46, of Briardale Court, was charged with obstruction of justice and hindering apprehension after a traffic stop Friday on southbound Route 1. An officer stopped his vehicle after observing it traveling 40 mph in a 55-mph zone, police said. Further investigation revealed Mr. Murage, the driver, gave untruthful statements to the officer, police said. He was arrested and also issued summonses for driving while suspended and impeding traffic by travelling at a low rate of speed.
   Frank Constanza Jr., 33, of Garfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice after police were dispatched to a dispute at a wedding at the Westin Hotel. Mr. Constanza, who had fled the scene, was determined to be extremely intoxicated, police said. While conducting the investigation, he became disorderly, shouting obscenities while a crowd gathered, police said. He also attempted to force his way from the police vehicle, resulting in an officer discharging pepper spray, police said. He was transported to University Medical Center at Princeton.
   Sianne Raglin, 40, of Ravens Crest Drive, was charged with false public alarm after police responded to an apartment for a disturbance reported by a neighbor. Upon arrival, officers encountered the resident, Ms. Raglin, in her apartment, police said. She became extremely agitated, irrational and uncooperative, police said. While several officers were attempting to calm her and investigate the disturbance call, she dialed 911 three times, demanding the arrival of another police agency, police said. She continued to be uncooperative and remained on the 911 service line, police said.
