LAMBERTVILLE POLICE BLOTTER

   The Lambertville Police Department has issued the following report:
   — April 15, Officer Michael Gramlich investigated an incident in which a group of individuals allegedly pushed out a window screen in the upstairs dining area of the Ota Ya Restaurant, on Ferry Street.
   The same group was reported to have thrown menus out of the window. The investigation is continuing.
   — April 19, Angie E. Messick, 25, of New Hope, was changed with driving an unregistered vehicle, having fictitious plates on the vehicle belonging to a Toyota and failure to produce a drivers license and vehicle registration.
   Officer Kenneth Housman saw a BMW travel over the free bridge at a high rate of speed. When the BMW cleared the bridge, the front bumper bounced off the pavement. The operator, Ms. Messick, told the officer she was just involved in a motor vehicle crash in New Hope. The officer saw extensive front-end damage to Ms. Messick’s vehicle. In addition, a motor vehicle warrant was found out of Raritan Township Municipal Court for $79.
   Ms. Messick was taken to the Hunterdon County Jail in default of bail. New Hope Police Officer Kenneth Kozuhowski is investigating the crash.
   All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
