The election is over. This has been a great experience for me and my family. I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of support I have received from neighbors and friends.
I would like to thank Cynthia O’Connor (treasurer), Leslie Kuchinski, Vivian Pratt and Ritchenya Dodd for helping with my campaign. Thanks to all of the people who sent in letters of support, distributed flyers and put up signs. I would like to thank my running mate, Leigh Ann Peterson, and her husband, Mike, our excellent sign manager.
A special thanks to those who championed my candidacy by campaigning for me, sending letters of endorsement and e-mails (you know who you are!).
Finally, thanks to my family for eating more take-out than you’re accustomed to and for all of your love, support and hard work.
