   Bordentown Township Senior Citizen Club meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at the Senior Community Center on Municipal Drive. Next meetings are May 4 and May 18. Doors open at 11 a .m., meeting at 1 p.m. Light refreshments and bingo follow. All township seniors age 55 and over welcome.
   On Thursdays, May 7 and 21 crochet classes at 11 a.m.
   Friday, May 8, anniversary luncheon at the Hibernian Hall, 2419 Kuser Road, 12:30 p.m.
   Tuesday, May 19, trip to the Bally Casino in Atlantic City. Bus leaves center at 9:15 a.m., cost is $20. More detatails, 298-4396.
   Thursday, May 21, group luncheon at noon.
   Every Wednesday, line dancing at 10 a.m. Every Thursday, tap dancing at 10:30 a.m. Dance motivation (exercise) at 11 a.m.

   Bordentown Elks 2085 Veterans Committee is sponsoring its second annual car show Saturday, May 2.
   Music, food, 50/50’s, trophies, 1986 and older cars and trucks.
   Registration 9 – 11 a.m., awards presentation at 3 p.m. at Location: Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085, 11 Amboy Road.
   Pre-registration $12, day of show $15.

   Bordentown Regional High School will have Project Graduation get involved in making the 2009 Bordentown Regional High School graduation party exciting, fun, and safe.    The Bordentown Ski Club is a group of people who love to ski, love to socialize, love to travel, and are not afraid to save money on lift tickets.    The Friends of St. Mary’s School is having a bus trip to Penn’s Peak Restaurant in Jim Thorpe, Pa. on Thursday, May 21, to their luncheon show to see King Henry & the Showmen: “Uncle Luigie’s Family Reunion.” You will meet Uncle Luigie and his outrageous relatives including his comical Godfather from Vegas and his nephew’s All American Italian Band from Jersey. Th luncheon menu of a family style hot meal includes Penn’s Peak Pot Roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, Chicken Parmesan, Fettuccini Marinara, salad, rolls and butter and Chef’s choice dessert.    Save the date! The 5th Annual St. Mary School PTA Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, June 1. The event will be held at Hanover Golf Club in Jacobstown. It will be a scramble format with the shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. We are looking for golfers as well as corporate sponsors at various levels to help underwrite the costs The price is $125 per golfer or $440 for a foursome (a savings of $60). There is also a special student rate of $75 for those 14 and under.

   The Community District Alliance (CDA) Office is now taking registrations for their 2009 Summer Programs. Programs include a four-week program, sport camps, swim lessons, summer theatre, Kindergarten Ready Camp and Full and Part Time childcare. In addition, a two week Extended Summer Childcare Program for kindergarten to sixth grade students will also be offered from Aug. 17-28 (Monday-Friday) .
