The East Brunswick Police Department (EBPD) will hold its fourth annual Youth Police Academy July 6-10. The program is open to youngsters ages 11-14 who reside or attend school in East Brunswick.
The weeklong academy will feature activities covering many aspects of police work including patrol and crime-scene investigation. There will be demonstrations that highlight all facts of the EBPD as well as those of numerous county, state and federal law-enforcement agencies. Cadets will have the opportunity to witness and participate in the live demonstrations and activities.
A nominal fee will cover all costs associated with running the academy.
