Historical society to discuss the Depression

The South River Historical and Preservation Society will host “South River During the Depression” 7 p.m. June 24 at the South River Museum, 64-66 Main St.

Brian Armstrong, president, will present information found in the museum’s archives about the Depression. In addition, citizens of South River will share their experiences from this time period.
