Mr. Yulan, 80, of Howell, died June 1, 2009. He was born in Ecuador and came to the U.S. in 1969, settling in Queens, N.Y., before moving to Howell in 1996. Mr. Yulan was a tool and die maker for Park Nameplate in Flushing, N.Y., until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Maria Yulan; three sons and their wives, Jose and Nancy Yulan of Farmingdale, Angel and Jimena Yulan of Queens, N.Y., and Cesar and Susan Yulan of Farmingdale; a brother, Miguel Yulan of Queens, N.Y.; and four grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Chapel, Farmingdale. Interment will be in Ecuador. Arrangements were by Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
