Free summer concerts slated at county parks

The Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders’ free summer concert series will continue with upcoming performances in four county parks.

All concerts are free of charge and open to the public.

The schedule is as follows:

July 12, 6-7:30 p.m. —The Joe Monchek Quartet Warren Park Mini Theater, Florida Grove Road, Woodbridge;

July 12, 6:30-8 p.m. — The Live Sounds of Magic, with leader Rich Aiello, Spring Lake Park Gazebo, Maple Avene, South Plainfield;

July 15, 2-3:30 p.m. — The Garden State Symphonic Band, with leader Chris Pedersen, Thompson Park gazebo, Forsgate Drive, Monroe;

July 15, 6:30-8:30 p.m. — The Robert Murdock Band offering a classic rock tribute to the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s, Raritan Bay Waterfront Park, South Amboy/Sayreville beachfront, O’Leary Boulevard, South Amboy.
