• Dining-To-Donate, sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary of Spotswood Enterprise Hook and Ladder Company, during lunch and dinner hours, at Applebee’s of Milltown, Ryders Crossing Shopping Center, Milltown Road and Ryders Lane. Diners should present a Dining-To-Donate flier at the restaurant. Applebee’s will donate 10 percent of supporters’ bills to the auxiliary. Flier must be presented for donation to count. • Belarusian Festival, sponsored by St. Euphrosynia Belarusian Church, South River, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., at the Belarusian American Center, 284 Whitehead Ave., South River. • Car Wash, sponsored by the East Brunswick Young Adult Charity Players (EBYACP), 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at East Brunswick High School, 380 Cranbury Road. Cost is $5 for cars, $8 for vans and similar vehicles. The group will perform an original musical, “Camp Showbiz,” July 31-Aug. 2 at the new East Brunswick Cultural Arts Center. All proceeds from ticket sales, car washes, other fundraisers benefit Camp Daisy, an organization for people with special needs, and its Parents Association, East Brunswick. • Book Sale, sponsored by the East Brunswick Museum Corporation, 1:30-4 p.m., at the museum, 16 Maple St., in the Historic Village of Old Bridge, intersection of Main and Kossman streets and Old Bridge Turnpike, East Brunswick. Hundreds of books available for purchase. Proceeds benefit museum programs and future exhibits.

• Get on Track With Zach Buckaroo Barbecue, to benefit Zachary Nemeth, a 2-year-old Helmetta youngster who was born with multiple disabilities, noon-7 p.m., rain or shine, on the grounds at the East Brunswick Elks Lodge, 21B Oakmont Ave. Line-dance lessons offered noon-1 p.m. Barbecued food, desserts, soda, coffee/tea, live entertainment, music by DJ. Tickets limited. Cost is $30 per person for adults, $15 for children 3- 6 years old; ages 2 and under admitted free of charge. Guests should bring their own lawn chairs.
