Garcia-Gomez, 30, of Trenton, was charged August 2 with driving while intoxicated.    Police said Mr. Garcia-Gomez drove through construction barrels on Route 130 before making a turn onto Route 526, where he was pulled over.    Mr. Garcia-Gomez also was charged with reckless and careless driving.
