Mr. Stuart, 54, of New Brunswick, Aug. 31, 2009, at home. He was founder and manager of American Celts Pipes and Drums. Surviving are his wife, Priscella Cain-Stuart; two daughters, Kimberly of New Brunswick and Nicole of New York City; a sister, Laura Gray of Buffalo; three brothers, Thomas of East Windsor, Edward of Orlando, Fla., and Raymond of North Carolina; and his mother-in-law, Auristhela Cain of Texas.
