The borough of Matawan will hold its annual Halloween parade on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Matawan Community Center, 201 Broad St. The annual parade will include prizes for best costumes for children up to age 9. Refreshments will be served. This year Halloween celebration will feature an interactive show presented by Mad Science of Central New Jersey.
