NOVEMBER COLLECTIONS FOR NEEDY
HOPEWELL TWP. – Har Sinai Temple has launched a month-long
clothing and gift card drive for the needy.
Until Dec. 6, the temple will collect clean and gently used coats,
hats, gloves, sweaters and scarves – especially for children – to help
clothe the less fortunate during the winter months.
Sponsored by the temple’s Social Action Committee, the
collection will run concurrently with a drive to donate gift cards and
cash donations to the Jewish Family & Children’s Service’s
Hanukkah LIGHTS (Love Is Giving Hanukkah Gifts to Share)
program. Whatever is collected will provide needy children with
holiday gifts.
Drop off the clothing or gift cards at Har Sinai, 2421 Pennington
