Women’s Professional Soccer champion Sky Blue FC will hold open tryouts on Dec. 15-16 and on Jan. 5-6 at the Robbinsville Field House, 153 Manor Way, Robbinsville. Tryouts are intended for college seniors or players who have completed their college eligibility. All participants must be at least 18 years old. Each session of the open tryouts will run from 1-5:30 p.m. and the combines will include tactical and technical training that will be led by the Sky Blue FC coaching staff. Players must arrive game-ready (cleats, no screwins) and prepared to participate on both days of their respective combine. Registration fee is $75 and must be paid through the Sky Blue FC online registration at the website www.skybluesoccer.com. (click on News). The registration deadline for the December tryout is Dec. 10, and the deadline for the January combine is Dec. 29. Space for the open tryouts is limited, so interested players are encouraged to register as early as they can.
