FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Haiti needs you now more than ever
Stories of the devastation in Haiti continue to pour in: Those that were not killed by the earthquake are now displaced and face the threat of losing their lives due to lack of water, food, shelter, and medical attention.
The OASIS for Children orphanage, located in Beudet, Haiti lies in shambles, but thankfully the children and workers survived. Unfortunately, they are sleeping in make shift tents with all their provisions destroyed in the disaster.
As we prepare to travel to Haiti to assess the immediate needs of the orphanage, and the community of Beudet as a whole, it is important that we do not go empty handed. Our hope is that you will help our efforts as we prepare to rebuild the orphanage, and take in as many as we can help.
Though Port-au-Prince is the nation’s capital and the center of the media attention, we continually pray and prepare for those that may slip through the cracks. Our desire is to offer immediate help to those in the village of Beudet, and the smaller surrounding communities.
