Mr. Fahey of Vero Beach, Fla., and Fair Haven, died Jan. 16, 2010, in Miami, Fla. He founded in 1969, and was chairman of the board at the health care information system (HCS). Prior to that, he was a sales representative at IBM, Philadelphia, Pa., and played a major role in installation of one of the first hospital information systems in the United States at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barrie; his four sons, Mark, Joseph, Tom and Morgan; three daughters-in-law, Britt, Elena and Amy; four siblings, Judy Razvillas, Michael Fahey, Sheila Krape and Ellen Murtha; and three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Rumson. Interment followed at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
