Greg Bean, wake up! Regarding your editorial on “Preserving farm for open space would be a winner,” first, you are abusing your privileges as an editor to write a nearly fullpage letter about preserving a farm that is across the street from your house as open space.
Second, your section of East Brunswick already has a nicely preserved farm paid for mostly by Middlesex County Green Acres funds. It is on Fresh Ponds Road and is operated by the Giamarese family.
The very limited Green Acres funds should be directed toward preserving the Pulda Farm on the opposite side of Farrington Lake in North Brunswick.
