Mr. Solimeo, 96, of Marlboro, died April 1, 2010, at Pine Brook Care Center, Manalapan. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived there until moving to Marlboro six years ago. Prior to retiring, he was an administrator for U.S. Steel in Brooklyn and then a vault manager for Chemical Bank in New York City. Surviving are his wife, Rose; two sons and daughters-in-law, Victor and Ursula of Millstone, and Joseph and Marguerite of Staten Island, N.Y.; a stepdaughter and her husband, Bernadette and John Peragine of Manalapan; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan, followed by interment at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y. Arrangements were by Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan.
