Mrs. Modzelewski, 85, of East Brunswick, died April 15, 2010, at home. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a machine operator with Johnson & Johnson, North Brunswick, where she worked for 20 years. She was predeceased by two daughters, Rose Stary and Jacqueline Streu; a grandson, Thomas Stary; and 13 siblings. Surviving are her husband, Chester; her children and their spouses, Pauline Jesielowski, and her husband, Dennis, of Roseville, Calif., Edward and Sharon of Franklin Park and Arlene Thomas, and her husband, Greg, of South River; a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Earle; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick.
