Cameron Davis tries to run past defender Aidan Loh during opening day for the NFL flag football season, held by the North Brunswick Adams Athletic Club (A.C.), in conjunction with the township’s Department of Parks, Recreation & Community Services, April 17 at North Brunswick Community Park. NFL flag football is two hours each week of noncontact football during the spring. There are approximately 250 children on over 20 teams from New Brunswick, North, South and East Brunswick, Milltown and Franklin. Each team has volunteer coaches, and NBTHS football players serve as referees. The Adams A.C. Indians Pop Warner football and cheerleading organization is holding registration for the fall season for children ages 5-15. Registration forms: www.nbindians.com.
