Mr. DeAngelis, 58, of Spotswood, formerly of North Brunswick, died April 30, 2010, in Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York City. He was predeceased by his mother, Ruth DeAngelis, and by his birth parents, Max and Hannelore Hein. Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Buckelew DeAngelis; two daughters, Rebecca Jackson, and her husband, Keith, of Edison and Victoria DeAngelis of Spotswood; a sister, Anneliese Edlfurtner, and her husband, Hans, of Penzberg, Germany; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A service was held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, South River. Interment was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.
