An article in the July 15 issue of the Tri-Town News regarding piece of property in Howell known as the Pinnacle tract indicated there was litigation pertaining to the property. The article did not state the nation of the litigation, which involves the owners of the Pinnacle tract suing Howell for their legal costs after the township started condemnation proceedings on the land. The land was not condemned by Howell, and municipal officials have recently expressed interest in possibly purchasing the property.
The photograph from Howell Day that appeared on page 1 of the July 15 edition of the Tri-Town News was taken by Mike Jagendorf. The name of the photographer was incorrect on the picture that ran on page 1.
