Princeton Borough
   Mayobanex Debernardvindas, 31, of Lawrence, was charged with driving while intoxicated, following a report of a fight at the Ivy Inn on Nassau Street at 2:27 a.m. July 30, police said.
   Police said Mr. Debernardvindas was found to have hit another patron in the face and was subsequently found to have driven his car while intoxicated. He also was found to be in possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
   He also was charged with harassment, refusal to submit to breath testing and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. He was released on his own recognizance.
   Fernando Sanchez, 26, of Trenton, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 2:04 a.m. July 31, police said.
   He also was charged with careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.
   Two people face prostitution charges after a man who allegedly hired a prostitute called police to report that the woman had stolen his wallet.
   According to police, Pedro Monterroso-Lopez, 49, of John Street, said that Michelle Rago, 35, with no known address, had taken his wallet containing $200 and credit cards. An investigation revealed that Mr. Monterroso-Lopez and Ms. Rago were engaged in prostitution prior to the theft.
   Ms. Rago was charged with theft, credit card theft, and prostitution and was arrested with the help of Lawrence Township Police Department at the Mount Motel on Route 1 in Lawrence. She is being held on $5,000 bail. Mr. Monterroso-Lopez was charged with engaging in prostitution.
   Peter Gerry, 64, of Dehli, Del., was charged with driving while intoxicated after police found him slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle at 12:40 a.m. Aug. 1 on Witherspoon Street, police said. He was released on his own recognizance.
   James Britt III, 22, of Russell Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped on Nassau Street for driving an unregistered vehicle at 3:26 a.m. Aug. 1, police said. He was released on his own recognizance.
   Vanessa Perron Kristopher, 23, of Hamilton, was charged with theft of library materials from the Princeton Public Library at 10:56 p.m. Aug. 3. She was released on her own recognizance.
   Travis Henderson, 19, of Wilkinson Way, was charged with lewdness after he was seen masturbating in front of a 15-year-old female at the Washington Road fountain area at 10:11 p.m. Aug. 4.
   When confronted by a Princeton University Public Safety Officer, he ran. He was released after being arrested at his apartment. He also was charged with obstructing the administration of the law.
Princeton Township
   Police say an 87-year-old Princeton man was found in Mount Laurel after he got lost on his way home from Wegman’s in West Windsor.
   According to police, Karl Hernquist, of Princeton Township, was reported missing by a family member at 2:45 p.m. Monday. Mr. Hernquest had left his home at 9:30 a.m. to shop at Wegman’s. Police Township Police contacted Wegman’s and verified that Mr. Hernquist had been at the store and left at 10:05 a.m. A silver Alert was activated in which Mr. Hernquist’s description and vehicle information was posted on state Department of Transportation message boards throughout the state.
   At 6:25 a.m. a family member received a call from Mr. Hernquist, telling them that he was OK and trying to find his way home. Police traced the call and discovered that it came from a gas station on Route 13 in Bristol, Pa. Princeton Township Police contacted the gas station and discovered that Mr. Hernquist was last seen driving south on Route 13. At 11:15 a.m. Mount Laurel Police located Mr. Hernquest. Princeton Township Police detectives were dispatched to Mount Laurel to retrieve Mr. Hernquist.
Montgomery
   Denise E. Carlson, 51, of Hillsborough, was charged with careless driving at 8:32 a.m. Aug. 6, after the car she was driving southbound on East Mountain Road hit another vehicle, which was stopped in traffic in front of her. The driver, William A. Kurz III, 35, of Hillsborough, complained of pain to his head but refused medical treatment.
   Francesco Dimeglio, 79, of Robbinsville, was charged with failure to keep right at 2:09 p.m. Aug. 5, after the car he was driving on Route 518 crossed over the center lines, left the road and hit a traffic sign, mailbox and tree.
   Kristen Braun, 20, of Pennington, was taken to the University Medical Center at Princeton following an accident at 7:37 a.m. Aug. 5, at the intersection of Route 206 and Route 601, police said.
   Police said Ms. Braun was turning left off Route 601 onto Route 206 and was hit on the driver’s side by a 2001 Freightliner towing a flatbed trailer and being driven by Alfred Kumah, 49, of Somerset. Ms. Braun complained of back pain and was taken to the hospital. Ms. Braun was issued a summons for failure to stop.
   Two were hurt in an accident at 2:44 p.m. Aug. 9 at Great Road.
   Police said, Charles J. Skurzynski Jr., 46, of Monroe, was driving south when he was distracted by his GPS and crossed over the center line and hit by a car being driven by Michael J. O’Rourke, 46, of Delran. Mr. Skurzynski complained of pain to his chest and abdomen and Mr. O’Rourke temporarily lost consciousness. Both were taken to Helene Fuld Medical center in Trenton. Mr. Skurzynski was charged with failure to keep right.
Plainsboro
   Someone entered three cars on Hampshire Drive between Aug. 5 and Aug. 8 and stole items and money out of each.
   During that time, someone entered a 2010 Hyundai Accent parked on Hampshire Drive between Aug. 5 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 6 and stole a Garmin GPS valued at $105; a 2001 Saturn SL2 between midnight and 6:30 a.m. those days and stole an iPod, I-Touch and $20 for a total value $270; a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder on Hampshire Drive between midnight and 6:30 a.m. those days and stole miscellaneous photography equipment valued at $4,026, and front headrests equipped with DVD monitors valued at $550; and a 1999 Honda Civic and stole a pair of binoculars valued at $50.
   There are no suspects at this time.
   Wilson V. Rodriguez, 31, of Philadelphia, was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped on Route 1 south bound at 2:41 a.m. Aug. 8 for driving 75 mph in a 45 mph zone, police said.
   He also was charged with speeding, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to keep right. He was released into the custody of a friend.
   A 23-year-old waitress at Ruby Tuesday on Route 1 reported at 9:39 p.m. Aug. 8, that someone stole $140 from their purse while it was unattended in the manager’s office during her shift.
   Gregory Kocher, 43, of Silvers Lane, was charged with possession of fireworks and failure to report a dangerous fire after police found four juveniles attempting to put a fire out on Silvers Lane with their toys.
   The homeowner, Mr. Kocher, said he gave them the fireworks to ignite while he supervised them. He was released on his own recognizance.
   A Juvenile resident of West Windsor was charged with possession of marijuana following a report of four teenage males smoking marijuana in the area of Pond View Park at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 8.
   Upon arrival, the suspects, three juveniles and one adult, initially tried to leave the season, but were prevented from doing so. The juvenile also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The other three suspects were released at the scene.
   A resident of Sayre Drive reported that someone threw eggs at their home between 3 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. Aug. 8. The estimated cost of cleanup and repair is $50.
