LAWRENCE – A Vermont Street resident told police someone broke into her unlocked car while it was parked at her residence between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 16 and 6 a.m. Aug. 17.
The thief stole a wallet containing $200 and personal papers, as well as a Dewalt power driver valued at $60, a Sony digital camera worth $300 and a pair of Rayban sunglasses valued at $150.
A coin purse containing $30 in cash was reported stolen from a car belonging to an East Brunswick Township resident while it was parked at the Mercer County Extension Service office on Spruce Street between 3:30 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. Aug. 16, police said. The thief smashed the driver’s side window to gain entry.
A thief stole three CB radios from the cab of a tractor trailer parked at the Central Transport parking lot on Lawrence Station Road between 7:45 p.m. Aug. 14 and 3:35 a.m. Aug. 15, police said. The CB radios were valued at a combined $590.
