Upon graduating from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, she intended to become a museum curator. She entered graduate school to pursue that goal, and soon found herself cooking as a way to relax. Realizing that food was her true passion, Gwyn enrolled in the Baltimore International Culinary College in Maryland, and earned a degree in professional cooking.
