Raritan college offers fine arts classes

Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) in Branchburg is offering two fine arts classes for youngsters this fall. The following classes have been scheduled:
Cartooning: Students ages 6 to 12 draw their favorite cartoon character or create their own original characters and creatures. The class will be held Fridays, Sept. 24 to Oct. 29, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The fee is $92. Fashion Design: Students ages 13 to 16 acquire first-hand knowledge about the fashion industry through hands-on activities. The class will take students behind the scenes and the media. The class will be held Saturdays, Sept. 25 to Oct. 30, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. The fee is $216.
