Ms. Witkowski, 59, of Monroe, formerly of East Brunswick, died Aug. 11, 2010, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was a waitress at several area restaurants including IHOP, East Brunswick, and the Wooden Nickel, North Brunswick. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Louise Cata Witkowski. Surviving are a brother, James, and his wife, Rhonda, of Jackson; two sisters, Rose Kolnhofer, and her husband, Richard, of Bordentown and Elizabeth of Monroe; and a daughter, Laurie Bizzaro of Brooklyn, N.Y. A service was held at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Cremation was private.
