Traci Bentley, of Lawrenceville, has joined Capital Health as director of planning.
In her role, Ms. Bentley will work with all members of the management team, department heads, physicians and staff toward Capital Health’s goal of providing patients with regional health care services and world-class health care without leaving the state.
Ms. Bentley will be responsible for directing and managing the planning, development and execution of strategic and comprehensive hospital initiatives, and business development plans that support overall hospital objectives and goals.
Prior to joining Capital Health, Ms. Bentley was director of Strategy and Business Development for INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health care system. INTEGRIS operates 13 acute care facilities and a variety of other sites throughout Oklahoma totaling 1,650 licensed beds. Bentley had been with INTEGRIS for eight years in increasing roles of responsibility.
Ms. Bentley received a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in health care administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas. She is a fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives and a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
