Lisa and Richard DeMarco, owners of The Bird House, East Brunswick, in conjunction with Mr. DeMarco’s sister, Danielle DeMarco, and Middlesex County Foster and Adoptive Family Services (FAFS), are sponsoring a drive to collect new holiday toys and gifts for youngsters in foster care.
Donations will be distributed to children currently in the foster-care system in Middlesex County. New toys, books and clothing for youngsters from infancy-age 17 are sought.
All donations may be dropped off through Dec. 1 at The Bird House, 1020 Route 18, East Brunswick. Monetary donations also are welcome. Checks may be made payable to Middlesex County FAFS and mailed to The Bird House, 1020 Route 18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. For more information, call 732-651-7300.
