Red Bank Food & Wine Walk on tap for Sunday, Sept. 19

RED BANK — The Red Bank Wine Walk is back in a new and expanded version.

According to event sponsor Red Bank RiverCenter, the first Red Bank Food & Wine Walk will take place this Sunday, Sept. 19.

The expanded event will be a recurring event on the third Sunday of the month, September through December, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Participants can stroll through Red Bank while sampling wine and/or food at their favorite restaurants or try out some new ones.

Food and Wine Walk event wristbands can be purchased at selected locations on the day of the event. Event wristbands are $25 each and entitle purchasers to one wine sample and/or one food sample at each participating location. Restaurants include:

The Bistro at Red Bank, Zebu Forno, Monticello, and Smoothie King, all on Broad Street; Buona Sera, Maple Avenue; Danny’s Steakhouse, Seafood and Sushi Bar, Bridge Avenue; The Melting Pot, Taste, and Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza, all Bridge Avenue at The Galleria; Gaetano’s, Wallace Street; Readie’s Fine Foods and Jamian’s Food & Drink, both Monmouth Street; New Corner, East Front Street; and Racioppi’s, Oakland Street.
