Luke Freedman, 26, of Danbury Court, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while already at East Windsor Municipal Court on Sept. 13. Police said he became disorderly during a trial for a traffic summons issued to him by state police. During the reading of the verdict, the suspect yelled a profanity and began leaving the courtroom, according to police. The arresting officer attempted to calm the suspect down and have him return to the defendant table and, according to police, the suspect struck the officer’s arm and violently pulled away. The suspect was then subdued by officers in the courtroom while physically resisting, police said.
Marco V. Tenesaca-Pintado, 29, of Abbington Drive, was charged Sept. 15 with exhibiting a false driver’s license, obstructing the administration of law, possession of a false government document, tampering/altering a public record, failure to signal turn, and false application for N.J. drivers license, following a traffic stop on Millstone Road.
Police said he pulled over at 4 p.m. for failure to signal a turn. He posted 10 percent of his $5,000 bail and was released.
Timothy Lawson, 21, of Canterbury Court, was charged Sept. 15 with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said the arresting officer was on foot in the Avon Drive Park area when he saw two individuals, and smelled the odor of burning marijuana. During an investigation, police said the officer found a bag of marijuana on Mr. Lawson.
Two burglaries were reported on Abbington Drive, both between 6 p.m. Sept. 15 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 16.
Police said a man reported the plastic top to his Jeep was cut and the vehicle was entered. A GPS unit worth about $200 was reported taken, as well as a satellite radio worth $200 and a toolbox worth $300. A second complaint was filed by a woman, claiming her unlocked vehicle was entered, and a GPS unit worth $200 and a satellite radio worth $100 were stolen.
On Saturday, a woman reported her 2010 Nissan Altima stolen after leaving the vehicle parked in the parking lot of Shop Rite before working her shift at the store. . The vehicle was discovered parked and abandoned in the Capital One Bank lot at about 4 a.m. the following morning.
Jose P. Valetanga, 30, of Abbington Drive, was charged Saturday with obstructing the administration of law.
Police said an officer saw two individuals drinking in public in the parking lot of the Abbington Drive apartments. Upon speaking with the two individuals, police said, the officer was given a false name by one. Investigation at the scene revealed the suspect’s true identity, and the fact that he had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Hightstown Municipal Court. Police said the suspect was turned over to Hightstown Police.
Marco T. Davila, 21, of Princeton Arms North, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 3 a.m. Police said the arresting officer saw a 2000 Honda Civic travelling on Hickory Corner Road and turning onto Route 130 southbound. The vehicle failed to stop, according to police, at the red light prior to turning and was further observed operating erratically. During the investigation the driver was discovered to have a suspended driver’s license, police said.
A man reported a car seat stolen from Royal Plaza between 1:30 and 2 p.m. Sept. 17. The man said he removed the third-row seat from his 1999 Lincoln Navigator in order to use the car vacuum at the Exxon station next door. The seat was left on the ground to the rear of Royal Plaza while he used the vacuum. Upon his return to the place the seat was left, the man said discovered that the seat had been stolen. The seat was valued at about $300.
On Sept. 19, a man said his 2007 Infinity was scratched several times while parked on Fairfield Road overnight. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
A man reported the side mirror was broken off his 2002 Chevrolet van while it was parked in the Windsor Castle lot overnight between Sunday and Monday. Damage was estimated at $100.
On Tuesday, a woman reported that over the past month she has had several articles of clothing worth about $200 stolen from the clothesline behind her residence on Hickory Corner Road.
Hightstown
On Sept. 14, Sylvester Somerselle, 25, of Academy Street, was charged with contempt of court, having active warrants issued by: Hightstown Municipal Court for $628; South Brunswick Municipal Court for $930; and Lakehurst Municipal Court for $500.
Police said Mr. Somerselle was seen on Academy Street by officers who had prior knowledge of the warrants. Mr. Somerselle was turned over to South Brunswick police in lieu of bail after being released from the custody of Hightstown police.
Raymond V. Worrell, 25, of Clementon, was charged Sept. 15 with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated within a school zone, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, unclear plates, improper turn and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Police said Mr. Worrell was stopped on Franklin Street at 10:17 p.m. for having an improperly mounted front license plate and for making an illegal left turn. A search of the vehicle revealed an open bottle of VSOP brandy and a pipe with marijuana residue, police said.
George L. Dorn, Jr. 33, of Meadow Drive, was charged Sept. 17 with contempt of court, driving while suspended, unlicensed driving, failure to have a juvenile in a safety seat and uninsured motorist after being stopped on Stockton Street.
A random license plate inquiry revealed Mr. Dorn’s license was suspended and expired, police said. An active warrant issued by Mercer County Probation was also revealed in the amount of $5,504 for child support.
On Saturday, officers took custody of Jose Valetanga, 30, of Abbington Drive, East Windsor, for contempt of court. Mr. Valetanga was turned over to Hightstown police by East Windsor police on a warrant issued by Hightstown Municipal Court in the amount of $280.
Martin Felsheim, 48, of Stockton Street, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated within a school zone, refusal to submit breath samples, careless driving and reckless driving.
Police said he was stopped on Mercer Street after they responded to an aggressive driver complaint at 6:27 p.m.
Luis F. Celis, 27, of Monroe, was charged Sept. 21 with contempt of court, suspended driving and failure to inspect his vehicle.
Police said Mr. Celis was stopped on Stockton Street at 9:17 a.m. for having an expired inspection sticker. A credential check revealed his driving privileges suspended and an active warrant for his arrest issued by East Windsor Municipal Court in the amount of $2,500. Mr. Celis was later released to the custody of East Windsor police in lieu of bail.
