SOUTH BRUNSWICK: Kingston church to premiere 10 Commandments film

By Davy James, Staff Writer
The Kingston Presbyterian Church will holding a world premiere of the movie “I Am,” a film produced by former major league baseball player Todd Zeile about the Ten Commandments to coincide with the date 10/10/10.
The film, being released exclusively through churches, tells the tale of 10 people trying to solve their own problems in Los Angeles. Life goes downhill for the group before they discover one voice that changes everything, according to a press release.
”The film itself is based on the lives of 10 individuals each breaking one of the Ten Commandments and how this affects their lives and relationships,” said church elder David Luck. “It’s not your typical faith-based film and leaves you with more questions. It’s an excellent catalyst to get people thinking and talking.”
Mr. Luck said a discussion session will follow the screening for those interested.
The free-of-charge exclusive screening of “I Am” will take place at the Kingston Presbyterian Church on Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. For more information on the film visit www.iam.com. The Kingston Presbyterian Church is located at 4565 Route 27 in Kingston. For more information on the screening call the church at 609-921-8895.
