Special Needs Family Farm Day will be held Sunday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Norz Hill Farm, 148 South Branch Road, Hillsborough.
This event is sponsored by the Organization for Autism Research (OAR), the Knights of Columbus and Norz Hill Farm.
Organizers are planning a fun-filled day of activities for special needs children and their siblings. The younger children can ride one of the gentle ponies and the older children can run through the A-Maze-ing corn maze. Families can catch the hayride and take a tour of the farm.
"This farm day is a great opportunity for people to take the time to connect with their families as well as other families in the community," said Anthony Ferrera, OAR board member.
The first 100 people to contact Hilary Downing at [email protected] will be eligible to receive free tickets.
