Sacred Heart Parish’s monthly breakfast is starting up again for the year, with the first one set for this Sunday, Oct. 3. The breakfast will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the church auditorium.
Sponsored by the Sacred Heart Altar Rosary Society, the monthly breakfast is open to the public and features pancakes, French toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, juice and more.
The omelet station is back with made-to-order omelets by members of the Knights of Columbus. Each month will feature a special breakfast item and this month’s special is an all-you-can-eat pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich.
Cost is $7 for adults and children 9 and up, and free for children 8 and under with a paying adult. There also is a 50/50, and all of the proceeds from the breakfast benefit Sacred Heart Parish.
