Angel Sarmiento, 29, of Bound Brook, was charged with shoplifting condoms and fiesta string from Walmart at 10:19 p.m. Sept. 28, after security at the North Main Street store detained him. He was released pending a court date.
Alcides Nieves-Diaz, no age or address given, was charged with public urination at 9:18 a.m. Sept. 30. A police patrol reported observing Mr. Nieves-Diaz urinating on North Main Street near Reading Cinema, and issued the charge. He was released pending a court date.
Gary Hollingsworth, 52, of Somerville, was charged with failure to keep right after a 4:45 p.m. Oct. 1 motor vehicle accident on Dukes Parkway.
According to police reports, Mr. Hollingsworth lost control of his vehicle, and hit another vehicle driven by Hasaw Amer, 58, of North Brunswick. Mr. Amer was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, in New Brunswick, for knee and chest injuries, and Mr. Hollingsworth was transported to Somerset Medical Center for a leg injury.
Pablo Miguel A Bogado Samudio, 29, no address given, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 2:27 a.m. Oct. 3. Police reported receiving a call about a man sleeping in a red BMW on Brooks Boulevard, and located Mr. Samudio at the scene.
He was released to a family member after processing.
