Mrs. DeCesare, 67, a resident of the Morganville section of Marlboro since 1997, died Nov. 23, 2010, at CareOne in Holmdel. Before retiring, she worked for the state of New Jersey at the Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital and at the House of Silver Blondes hair salon in North Bergen. Surviving are her husband, Robert A. DeCesare; her children, John Votano of Miller’s Tavern, Va., Donnamarie Votano of Kutztown, Pa., Philip Votano and his wife, Chie, of Hikari, Yamaguchi, Japan, Eric DeCesare and his wife, LeAnn, of Stuart, Fla., Andrew DeCesare of Daphne, Ala., and Joseph DeCesare of Jensen Beach, Fla.; a brother and sister, Philip Pantano and his wife, Phyllis, of Lakewood, and Josephine Runne of North Bergen; and seven grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Hazlet. Interment followed at Marlboro Memorial Park Cemetery, Morganville.
