Where can some park in snowstorm?

Patricia Rowe, Manville
Mr. Petrone: With the fact that at least one-quarter of Manville residents are leasees with no access to a driveway, what do you propose we do in a snowstorm so as to increase your ability to "supervise" your staff?
I agree that cars should not be parked on street marked as emergency thoroughfares nor should snow be "blown" into a previously plowed road, and, should either of these occur,. the appropriate actions should be taken.
The remainder of us have very little choice.
Your men did a fine job. I was able to dig out and get to work by 10 a.m. – a common concern amongst us road-blocking renters; not your need for access to a cup of coffee to enjoy while driving in the warmth of your "supervisor" vehicle.
