David Stimon, 24, was charged with possession of marijuana and controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia Dec. 26.
Police were called to Willow Street for some a disturbance, and found Mr. Stimon in a verbal confrontation with the homeowner who wanted him removed.
Investigation revealed that Mr. Stimon had five active warrants out of Ewing.
Mr. Stimon was charged and turned over to the Ewing Police Department on its warrants.
FLORENCE
Robert Hutchinson Jr., 21, of Florence, was charged with failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of a collision, failure to report a collision, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving Dec. 29. Police received a report of a one-car accident where the driver left the scene on foot. Police located Mr. Hutchinson just over a block away and he was taken into custody. He was processed and released pending a future court date. ***
Pablo Galeano-Yanes, 30, was charged with criminal trespassing and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 26. Police responded to Dr. Lou’s Bar for a report of a patron who refused to leave and was causing a disturbance. After investigation Mr. Galeano-Yanes was taken into custody and charged. He was transported to Burlington County Jail in default of $1,000 bail. ***
Michael Graham, 34, of Tannersville, Pa., was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle Jan. 2. Police stopped Mr. Graham’s vehicle and discovered a clear baggies containing a greenish-brown substance believed to be marijuana. Police took Mr. Graham into custody where he was processed and released pending a future court date. ***
Dallas Lacy Jr., 31, of Levittown, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and sleeping in a motor vehicle Jan. 3. Police observed Mr. Lacy sleeping in his vehicle on the shoulder of Delaware Avenue. Investigation revealed that Mr. Lacy was intoxicated. Police took Mr. Lacy into custody where he was processed and released pending a future court date
