FREEHOLD – CentraState Healthcare System is offering a free skin cancer lecture and screening on Monday, Jan. 17, from 2-4 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center, 901 West Main Street, Freehold. The screening is a quick and painless, non-invasive exam.
Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States. More than one million skin cancers are diagnosed annually. When detected early, skin cancer has a cure rate of 99 percent.
