A host of television pro wrestling legends will be on hand when popular northeast promotion National Wrestling Superstars joins forces for a benefit fundraiser with the Manville Boy Scout and Cub Scout Troop 193 at the Manville VFW Hall at 7:45 p.m. on Jan. 28.
Two of those wrestling legends will battle each other in the main event that night. Recent TNA Wrestling star and ECW legend Tommy Dreamer takes on Drew Harkinson (a.k.a. former WWE "Straight Edge Society" member Luke Gallows).
Also, Samoan wrestling star Afa Anoa’i Jr., better known as former WWE star Manu, will join up with fellow countryman Tupu as the team Island Assault. Their opponents will be the 900-plus-pound undefeated tag team known as the Nigerian Nightmares.
That night there will be a four-way cruiserweight showdown featuring Ring of Honor star Alex Payne., Chikara Wrestling star Frightmare, "Mr. Entertainment" J.D. Smoothie, and Combat Zone Wrestling star Spyral, plus appearances by NWS heavyweight champion Ray Ray Marz, Danny Inferno, and more.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for kids and seniors and are available at the following outlets:
