(Morristown, NJ)— Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, the popular stars of Whose Line Is It Anyway? return with an all-new evening of hilarious improv comedy created on the spot based on audience suggestions and participation on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 8 pm at The Mayo Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets are $47-$77.
Using their quick wit, Colin and Brad take contributions from the audience to create hilarious and original scenes. Throughout the evening, the show becomes truly interactive as audience members are called to the stage to participate in the fun. Their high-profile presentations have played to corporations, universities and theatres all over the country.
Colin Mochrie was born on Nov. 30 1957 in Kilmarnock, Scotland. Colin went to theater school for 4 years, then luckily managed to get work and involved in improv through the Vancouver Theatresports League. He then moved to Toronto after Expo 86 and got involved with The Second City. Since the success of Whose Line is it Anyway Colin has been very busy. Colin’s most famous role was in the 3D space epic, Space Hunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone. Colin captures Molly Ringwald and utters the immortal line "you can ask the Chemist".
Brad Sherwood is a regular cast member on ABC’s Whose Line Is It Anyway? and was a regular on the British version on Comedy Central as well. His credits include The Drew Carey Show, The Green Screen Show, The Smartest Guy In Town, VH-1’s I Love The 70s, 80s & 90s and over 100 appearances in sketches on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. Brad’s other past credits include a season on LA Law, To Tell The Truth, The Newz, guest hosting Talk Soup and hosting The New Dating Game.
The Mayo Center for the Performing Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization, presents a wide range of programs that entertain, enrich and educate the diverse population of the region and enhance the economic vitality of Northern New Jersey.
