Mr. Levchuk, 91, of Millstone, formerly of Freehold, died Jan. 20, 2011, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a U.S. Army veteran ofWorldWar II and attained the rank of first lieutenant. He was a graduate of Freehold High School, New York University and New York University Law School. In addition to being a gentleman farmer and accomplished horseman, he was an attorney with Parsons, Labrecque, Canzon and Combs, Red Bank. He also served as a municipal court judge in Freehold from 1961-1972. Mr. Levchuk was predeceased by a son, Thomas Joseph Levchuk, in 1959. Surviving are his wife, Julia Pettit Levchuk; a son and daughter-in-law, Andrew G. and Paulette Levchuk; two daughters, Karen A. Levchuk and Lisa Levchuk; and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Freehold. Arrangements were by the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold. Memorial donations may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York City.
