Mrs. Vedrook, 72, of East Brunswick, died Jan. 12, 2011, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a deli clerk at Stop & Shop, South Brunswick. She was predeceased by a brother, George Vedrook Jr. Surviving are a son, Michael Vedrook of East Brunswick; two sisters, Irene Sayers, and her husband, Gary, of Texas and Mary Rasmussen of South River; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Cremation was private.
