Mrs. Szczepaniak, 61, a resident of Matawan for 34 years, died Jan. 19, 2011, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was a cashier at ShopRite in Aberdeen. Mrs. Szczepaniak is survived by her husband, Stanley J.; her children, Nancy Cocot of Pennsylvania, Richard Szczepaniak of Ohio, Alice Zober of Matawan, Joann Riedel of Texas and Stephen Szczepaniak of Matawan; her parents, John and Mildred (Conway) Bartlett of Whiting; two brothers, John Bartlett of Middletown and Robert Bartlett of New York; and 12 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Keyport. Entombment followed at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. The Day Funeral Home, Keyport, was in charge of arrangements.
