NOVEL "EDEN” To Be Discussed March 3 at Har Sinai
Hopewell Twp. – The Har Sinai Temple Sisterhood has postponed its discussion of the Yael Hedaya novel, "Eden,” until March 3 at 7:30 p.m.
Hailed by the New York Times as reading "like a psychologically astute Israeli version of ‘American Beauty’," the novel focuses on the realities of middle age while exploring the personal lives of families living in a small, rural Israeli community called Eden.
Hedaya’s novel, released in October 2010,  also illustrates the community’s entangled love lives in what the Kirkus Review called a " ‘Peyton Place’ with Uzis."
The discussion is a public event open to all and will be held in Har Sinai Temple, 2421 Pennington Rd. at Denow Road West. Anyone interested in attending is asked to call the temple at (609) 730-8100. Admission is free and ample, lighted parking is available.
