Jersey Shore Boca Cosmos, a U10 boys travel soccer team, seeks a few committed players. Year-round play includes high-level indoor/outdoor tournaments and MAPS league play. Jackson Department of Recreation has added two registration dates for its girls recreation softball spring 2011 program. Registration dates are as follows: Feb. 22, 7-9 p.m., at the Jackson Senior Center, 45 Don Connor Blvd., and Feb. 26, 9 a.m. to noon, at town hall, 95 West Veterans Highway. The cost is $50 per child for ages 5, 6 and 7, and $65 per child for ages 8-18. Games are played on Saturdays and one day during the week. Registration forms should be printed out, completed and brought to registration or mailed to the Recreation Office, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson.
