Debra Montagna, 53, of Hillsborough was charged with shoplifting $106.49 worth of cosmetics and jewelry from a Route 206 business on Feb. 6. She was released after processing.
Kelly Henshaw, 31, of Branchburg was charged with driving while intoxicated, failing to keep right, failing to stay in a lane and driving with an open container of alcohol on Route 206 at 2:24 a.m. on Feb. 11.
Ms. Henshaw, who was released after processing, obtained breath-alcohol content results of 0.17 percent. State law says that BAC above 0.08 is considered drunk.
John Gogoly, 44, of Green Brook, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Millstone River Road at 12:17 a.m. on Feb. 13.
Mr. Gogoly obtained breath-alcohol results of 0.12 percent and was released after processing.
Christian Gonzalez, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving and having a headlight out on Auten Road at 2:11 a.m. on Feb. 19.
The Hillsborough resident was released after processing. The matter is pending blood analysis.
Dimple Sethi, 32, was charged with shoplifting $175.96 worth of clothing from a Route 206 business on Feb. 19.
The Montgomery resident was released after processing.

Aaron Ridick, 49, of King of Prussia, Pa., was charged with obstructing justice and resisting arrest at 7:02 p.m. on Feb. 20.
Officers responded to Bloomingdale Drive following a report of someone trying to break into a home. Upon arrival, officers located Mr. Ridick next to the residence. Mr. Ridick refused to cooperate with the officers and resisted their attempts to detain him, police said.
It was determined that Mr. Ridick used to live in the area and decided to enter a former neighbor’s home unannounced.
He was released after processing.
A North Plainfield resident reported on Feb. 23 that someone entered her vehicle and stole $730 worth of cash and personal property overnight as the car was parked in front of a Taurus Drive residence.
