Eastern Express 12-and-under athletes traveled to Gloucester County Institute of Technology in Sewell in February to participate in the Jersey Wahoos Sweetheart Short Course Yards Meet.
In the 10-and-under age group, Skillman resident Morgan Jennings finished seventh in the 500 free (7:25.93). Princeton resident Pepper Kolman was second in the 100 IM (1:15.17) and 50 breast (39.82), as well as third in the 500 free (6:54.95) and 200 IM (2:46.57). Kolman was also fourth in the 100 free (1:09.68), fifth in the 200 free (2:33.55), and eighth in the 50 fly (37.02). West Windsor resident Isabelle Peel finished sixth in the 500 free (7:17.02) and seventh in the 50 breast (41.18).
In the 11-12 age group, West Windsor resident Jack McIntyre won the 200 free (2:02.39), was second in the 100 IM (1:05.79), 100 free (57.16) and 50 breast (35.58), and was third in the 200 fly (2:19.63). West Windsor resident Faith Rogers was first in the 100 IM (1:07.48) and 100 free (59.68), as well as third in the 500 free (5:54.91). Rogers also was fifth in the 100 breast (1:20.99), seventh in the 400 IM (5:17.81), and eighth in the 200 free (2:11.19). Montgomery resident John Stauffer was fourth in the 100 fly (1:08.84), and also fifth in the 200 breast (2:51.87) and 100 free (59.99).
