PURIM CELEBRATION AT HAR SINAI TEMPLE

Hopewell Twp. – The music of Michael Jackson and a carnival with games, costumes and prizes will express the joyous atmosphere of Purim at Har Sinai Temple, 2421 Pennington Rd. at Denow Road West.
This year’s Purimshpiel, "Thriller Megiller: The Megillah According to Michael Jackson," will be performed by the Har Sinai Not-Quite-Ready-For-Prime-Time Players.  Greg Rapport, Michelle Sobol, Ellen Buchsbaum, Steve Millner, and Malcolm Bingham are among this year’s featured players in the skit that is part of the March 18 Shabbat Service, beginning at 7 pm.
On March 20, from 10 a.m. to noon, Har Sinai will hold its Purim Carnival, a fun event open to all, that is highlighted by food, games, costumes and prizes.
A family event, it will include face-painting, fortune telling, balloon shaving and a prize for the best parent costume.
Both Purim events will be held at the temple. For more information, call (609) 830-8100.
