Candidates for the April 27 school board elections filed their petitions Tuesday.
Bordentown Regional School District will have three vacancies in the upcoming: one seat for Bordentown City, one seat for Bordentown Township and one seat for Fieldsboro.
As of 3 p.m. March 8 incumbent Michael MacEwan Jr. and newcomer Lisa Hartmann are running for the Bordentown City seat. Incumbent Thomas Potts and newcomers Mark Turgyan and Howard Barman are running for the Bordentown Township seat. Incumbent Mona Goff was the only petition received for Fieldsboro.
Chesterfield will have two vacancies at the school board elections. As of the filing deadline at 4 p.m. Tuesday incumbent Craig Their and newcomer C. Samuel Davis filed petitions.
Florence School District will have four vacancies in the upcoming election. As of the deadline incumbents Shawn Dennis, John Groze and David Lease are running for the three year seats and Anne Lapsett is running for the one-year unexpired term.
Mansfield School District will have two vacancies. Incumbents Curtis Wyers and Joe Broski filed petitions as of 3 p.m. March 8.
New Hanover School District has two open vacancies. Petitions for incumbent Charles Roohr and newcomer William Castner were received.
North Hanover School District will have two vacancies in the upcoming election. Incumbents Michael Crawford and Paulinea Johnson and newcomers Megal Giebel and Jeanine Foley filed petitions as of 3 p.m. March 8.
Northern Burlington Regional School District has three open seats, one for North Hanover with newcomer Edmund Nowak running, one seat for Springfield with incumbent Paul Tootell running and one seat for Mansfield with newcomer Debbie Pridell running.
Springfield Township School District will have four vacancies on the board, one of which is a one-year unexpired term. Incumbents Lisa Giovanelli, James Specca and David Reinisch are running for the three-year seats.
